Matt has been innovating and driving scale across various industries for over 20 years. Most recently, he led technology Strategy, Planning, and Innovation for AAR, the largest MRO and aerospace service provider in the western hemisphere. Before that, he led Product, Engineering, and R&D for Startups and multi-billion dollar public companies. His passion for connecting the startup and enterprise ecosystems lies at the core of everything he does.

Chief Financial Officer

Amol is a multi-lingual accounting & finance professional with over 20 years of experience working with companies ranging from Fortune 500 (E&Y, MasterCard, and Adidas) to startups who have transitioned to IPO/Sale (Sunrun, Qwil, and IfOnly). He has been focused on taking startups (Appslfyer, Rallyware, and now Ultraview) through various life cycle stages and ensuring proper policies, procedures, and regulatory/compliance standards are established to facilitate growth. His expertise in mentoring young startups on how to scale for growth while controlling burn has made him a turnaround CFO. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling (over 50 countries), basketball, networking, and volunteering with The Honor Foundation.

Vice President of Defense

PresJack is a dedicated and charismatic leader who has driven performance and execution at every stop. As the Chief Operating Officer at Ultraview & Rizse, he has proven his ability to grow innovative startups while enforcing process. In his previous role, he led multi-million dollar IT projects & contracts for Lockheed Martin and the F-35 program, the largest DOD development contract in history. His passion for operational efficiency and rapid development are the foundation for his performance.
