The app

The Ultraview app is the control and data hub for managing drone inspections. The app also provides a user-friendly interface for scheduling inspections, viewing and analyzing collected data, generating reports, and sharing insights with relevant stakeholders. The AI

The AI is the brain behind the operations, significantly enhancing the inspection process by automating complex tasks. It performs three primary functions:

  • Mapping the Aircraft

    Before each inspection, the AI creates a detailed 3D map of the aircraft, identifying all inspection points. This map guides the drone to cover every necessary area efficiently.

  • DETERMINING THE IDEAL PATH

    Based on the 3D map, the AI calculates the optimal flight path for the drone to ensure complete coverage while minimizing the inspection time. It dynamically adjusts the path in real-time, accounting for any unforeseen obstacles or environmental factors.

  • CLASSIFICATION OF DAMAGE

    Post-inspection, the AI processes the captured data to identify and classify any damage or anomalies found on the aircraft surface. It distinguishes between different types of damage, such as corrosion, dents, or cracks, and tags them for further review. By automating the initial analysis, it significantly speeds up the assessment process, enabling quicker decision-making and corrective actions.

Together, the core components constitute a holistic, intelligent, and user-centric solution for aircraft inspection needs, providing a blend of accuracy, efficiency, and safety.
